Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before submitting a nomination.
-
Submission of nominations

The closing date for submission of nominations is 17.00 Friday 10 July 2026. CSA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to extend the closing date for submission of nominations for any reason.
-
Please make sure you read the description for each of the categories you are submitting a nomination for, clearly explain how your nominee meets, or exceeds, the criteria in the description and attach any relevant supporting material.
-
The Awards are open to CSA members and non-members. The Awards are not open to employees of the CSA and this exclusion covers both the right to be nominated and the right to submit nominations.
-
If you are a CSA member, you may submit nominations for more than one category of award but only one nomination per category of award may be submitted.
-
If you are not a CSA member, you may submit nominations for the Kim MacMiIlan Award only. You can submit multiple nominations for this category. You may also submit nominations for more than one category of partnership award with a CSA member but only one nomination per category of award may be submitted.
-
You can nominate yourself or the team/department or the company you work for. However, you will need to state if you are nominating the team/department or company you work for.
-
You may enter the same product or project in more than one category.
-
CSA cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any nomination that is lost, delayed or incomplete or is not delivered for any technical failure or other reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Judging
-
All submitted nominations will be reviewed by members of CSA’s Awards panel against the criteria before being sent to the judges for consideration.
-
The judges are CSA’s three non-executive directors together with its Chief Executive Officer. Details of the judges are provided on the Awards website. CSA reserves the right to change the judges (if circumstances arise outside of its control) without prior notice to entrants. Details of any replacement judge will be provided on the Awards website.
-
The judges will consider all nominations submitted and will select a shortlist for each category.
-
Neither the judges nor CSA as organisers may reveal the identity of winners until after the announcement of the award winners, which takes place during the UKCCC Gala Dinner.
-
All decisions made by the judges relating to the selection of shortlists, award winners and the presentations and granting of awards are final.
-
Any canvassing, lobbying or attempted inducement of judges at any time will lead to disqualification.
-
If CSA reasonably believes that a nominator or nominee has not complied with these Terms, has acted fraudulently or has done anything which, in its sole discretion, brings CSA into disrepute, CSA reserves the right to exclude the submitted nomination from the Awards process.
-
A press release may be issued after the Awards naming the winners and the runners-up. Those shortlisted for awards will be listed on the Awards website ahead of the Awards.
-
-
Cancellation
-
CSA reserves the right to cancel the Awards or alter any of the Terms at any stage, if deemed necessary in its reasonable opinion, or for circumstances arising outside of its control.
