UKCCC and CSA Awards terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) will apply to the contract between you and Credit (Services) Ltd (CSA Services, we, us) in relation to your booking for a place at the event (Booking).

1. BOOKING

All Bookings must state a selected payment method and all Bookings must be paid for prior to attendance at the event. In the event no payment is received, the Booking will become invalid and delegates will not be permitted to attend the event(s). You will remain liable for the full payment. Any places booked after 13 August 2026 must be paid for at the time of booking by credit card, debit card, BACs or cheque. Irrespective of payment method, immediately after your Booking has been processed, an invoice will be dispatched.


2. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Your hotel accommodation is with CSA Services. CSA Services acts as a booking agent. CSA Services assumes no responsibility for any additional costs charged to your room; payment for any and all extras is to be made direct to the hotel at the point of checkout. In the event of any room cancellation, all hotel charges must be settled direct by the delegate with CSA Services.

3. CANCELLATION BY YOU

Delegate places (including bedrooms) are limited so you must let us know in writing no later than 28 days before the event starts if you wish to cancel. A 50% refund will be available up to 13 August 2026. There will be no refunds after this date. However, if you wish to transfer your place to a colleague within the same company please contact us. Bookings can be cancelled at the discretion of the organisers.

4. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY US

4.1 CSA Services reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason caused by or arising from or in relation to COVID-19 or other pandemic or public health emergency (including (without limitation) any recommended or mandatory restrictions, other measures or guidance (whether or not binding) continued or introduced by government and/or local authorities; and insufficient numbers of delegates). We shall notify you of the cancellation or postponement of the event as soon as possible and shall not be in breach of these Terms by virtue of any such cancellation or postponement.

4.2 In the case of postponement of the event by CSA Services under clause 4.1 at any time you shall:

(a) be entitled to obtain a full refund of the price paid by you for the Booking; or
(b) elect to apply the price paid by you for the Booking to the postponed event provided that the date of such event is within 13 months from the date of postponement.

4.3 We also reserve the right to cancel the event for any other reason (including, for circumstances outside of our reasonable control (including but not limited to) acts of God, fire, flood, storm or earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, strikes, civil commotion, riots, acts of war or terrorist activity). We shall notify you of such cancellation as soon as possible and we shall not be in breach of these terms by
virtue of any such cancellation.

4.4 In the case of cancellation of the event by us for any reason at any time you shall be entitled to obtain a full refund of the price paid by you for the Booking.

5. RESIDENTIAL PACKAGES

Residential packages include one night B&B at Hilton at St George’s Park (double for single occupancy).

6. BEDROOMS

Bedrooms (including residential packages) are a double for single occupancy. Please contact CSA Services if you wish to book double occupancy as an additional £20 charge per bedroom will apply.

7. PROGRAMME CHANGES

It may become necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to alter the content or timing of the programme. These changes do not justify any refund. We will not under any circumstances be responsible for the failure of all or any sponsors, speakers, hosts or celebrities to attend the event or the failure of any number of attendees to attend the event.

8. PROGRAMME CONTENT

You acknowledge that opinions expressed by speakers at the event are those of the individual speaker and not necessarily of us or of Credit Services Association.

9. DELEGATE NAME CHANGES

Your Booking will be processed in the names entered on the booking form or taken by telephone at the time of booking. Any changes to delegate names made within 14 days of the date of the event will incur an administration fee of £10 per alteration.

10. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data you provide will be processed by CSA (Services) Ltd and the Credit Services Association Limited (together the CSA) in accordance with relevant data protection legislation and the CSA’s privacy notice. It will be used for processing your Booking and, where you are a member, for membership purposes. It will also be used to provide you with details of events, publications and training by email. You can opt-out of communications at any time by emailing marketing@csa-uk.com.

11. LIABILITY

11.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude either party’s liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(c) breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession); or
(d) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, we shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise, arising under or in connection with these Terms for (i) loss of profits, (ii) loss of sales or business, (iii) loss of agreements or contracts, (iv) loss of anticipated savings, (v) loss of or damage to goodwill and (vi) any indirect or consequential loss.

11.3 Subject to clause 11.1, our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise, arising under or in connection with these
Terms shall be limited to the price paid by you for the Booking.

12. VAT

All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.

13. FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

We may, at our discretion, choose to photograph, film, broadcast or record the event. You grant us permission to use your name, voice, likeness, image and any contribution made by you at or to the event in any and all media including in our printed publications, presentations, promotional materials and on our websites in the advertising of our future events and as part of our marketing communications and you shall procure that any other delegates similarly grant such permission. For the purpose of this clause any other delegates means the individuals notified by you to us (i) at the time of Booking who will have a place at the event, or (ii) as replacement delegates in accordance with clause 9.

14. PARTICIPATION

In order to participate in the event, you must comply with our Event Code of Conduct which is incorporated in these Terms by this reference.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

16. JURISDICTION

Each party agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
